I was delighted with my stay at the hotel. The room was warm, spacious, and clean, although being under the staircase meant occasional feet running up and down. The staff were brilliant and accommodating, making my experience truly enjoyable. The location was ideal for exploring the Lake District and surrounding areas, with plenty of parking available. The dining experience was good, tailored to my exact needs, although self-service might have been more efficient. Overall, a comfortable and inviting stay.

The hotel has a quiet location just off the motorway, ideal for exploring both the Lakes and Dales. The rooms are a bit dated but spacious, with a good size walk-in shower. The service is top-notch, with the staff being amazingly helpful and friendly. The dining options are excellent, offering plenty of choices with local produce. However, there are some disappointments in the dining experience. Overall, a great value for a stop while traveling.
